As part of Old Town Cocktail Week, our friends at Vermilion are hosting a very special wine class and you're invited! Join us on Thursday, September 14th at the Vermilion bar for a Vermouth seminar led by Margaret Perry of Williams Corner Wine. Vermouth has dominated the cocktail world for over 150 years, but is rarely consumed at home or drunk on its own. In this class, guests will taste through a lineup of four different vermouths of different styles from the Haus Alpenz portfolio, and Margaret will discuss tasting notes, how to use vermouth in cocktails, and how to pair it with food.
