Four-Course Pinot Wine Dinner with Stephen Hagen of Antiquum Farm! Vermilion | 1120 King Street Wednesday, June 11th | 6:00 - 9:00pm ... Vermilion is proud to welcome one of the most exciting and innovative voices in American winemaking to the dining room — Stephen Hagen, owner and winemaker of Antiquum Farm in Oregon's Southern Willamette Valley.
Stephen has garnered national acclaim for pioneering a zero-input, grazing-based viticulture that has redefined what Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir can be. After years of organic farming, he turned away from outside inputs entirely — choosing instead to raise sheep, geese, and chicks to naturally fertilize and tend his vines. The result? Incredibly expressive, terroir-driven wines that are as bold as the methods used to create them.
Stephen's wines are highly allocated and deeply compelling, and we're thrilled to share them with you in an intimate dinner setting at Vermilion. Join us for an evening of storytelling, discovery, and a four-course menu by Chef Tony Chittum crafted to complement the extraordinary wines of Antiquum Farm.
Seating is limited — view our full menu, and reserve your spot today!
