Mallard turns one on Wednesday, August 6th and we're celebrating with an additional menu of small plates highlighting our favorite protein…THE DUCK!
Beginning Wednesday, August 6th and running through Sunday, August 10th, join us at Mallard for Chef Hamilton Johnson's delicious takes on our namesake. He's spinning duck into a slew of playful dishes, from "spam" musubi and foie gras poutine to hot browns and donuts! Check out the menu below.
We're also raiding our cellar for a slew of rare and exclusive beers and wines that pair perfectly with these duck dishes. Located in the region of Emilia-Romagna, Italy in an area made famous by Lambrusco production, Cantina della Volta has elevated itself beyond the production of Lambrusco alone. Their line of fine sparkling wines has helped to change what we know of the region by showcasing incredible elegance, balance, complexity, and agability. These are sparkling wines made for great celebrations and great food. We can't wait to show you why!
We are so excited to be welcoming Cantina della Volta's Export Director, Giorgio Angiolini, to Mallard for an intimate four-course meal by Chef Hamilton Johnson paired with their gorgeous sparkling wines. We like to keep these dinners intimate to provide every guest the experience of getting to know our presenter, so seating is limited!
